Supply Chain Pressures Ease, But Remain High
Global Supply Chain Pressure Index Sees Improvement
GSCPI Index Shows Easing of Pressures, Still Elevated
The Federal Reserve's latest Global Supply Chain Pressure Index (GSCPI) report shows that global supply chain pressures have eased somewhat in recent months, but remain at historically high levels. The GSCPI, which integrates a number of commonly used metrics to provide a comprehensive summary of potential supply chain disruptions, registered an easing of global supply chain pressures between December 2021 and March 2022. The index, which is updated regularly, will be updated again at 10:00am ET on the fourth of each month.
